2 months later, I found out it's a Kimmidoll tote! Kimmidoll is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Japanese Kokeshi dolls, a handicraft that dates back to the 19th century. These dolls are traditionally handmade by Japanese peasants to be given away as gifts of love and friendship.

Each Kimmidoll represents a Life's True Value such as Gratitude (Ayame), Dream (Yume), Peaceful (Miyuki) and Harmony (Kazuko). Another thing to look out for is the beautiful kimono!
